    I write somewhat belatedly on behalf of the Commissioners in response to your recent request for information. As I mentioned to you the information you seek is publicly available in the Commissioners’ published accounts, but in an endeavour to be helpful I have provided you with the relevant pages (attached) and information below.

    In relation to your first question the following table provides the answers, however, you may feel that other items in the accounts might also fit in with your admin classification.
